and consultants. We service meeting, conference, and event planners;

and training decision makers. Our commission is paid by our experts
from their standard fees. Whenever possible, we negotiate travel
and expense savings through scheduling and geographic efficiencies.
Our goal is to save you both time and money while providing the
best match for your opportunity.
Who
We Are
Based in South Florida, Access to Experts provides a full range
of services both nationally and internationally. We have more
than a decade of successful experience in this business and have
received accolades from Sales & Marketing Management and Selling
Power magazines as well as from corporate and association clients.
We have worked with one client, a major financial institution,
for more than fifteen continuous years.
Committed to
quality versus quantity, we have selected a limited number of
experts on each significant topic. These experts range from bestselling
authors and celebrities to rising stars. What they have in common
is expertise in their area, great communication skills, a commitment
to excellence, and a track record of success. Experienced in event/meeting
planning as well as in training, we use continuous research and
careful screening to hand pick these experts. Services, such as
blended and e-learning, interactive online conferencing, and experiential
games, are provided in cooperation with strategic partners.

We Work
At Access to
Experts, Inc., we're hands on, not hands off. You will speak directly
with a principal, not with an account executive. We will consult
with you: listen carefully to your specific needs and objectives,
consider your organization’s unique culture and challenges,
identify demographics, articulate your ideal outcomes, determine
whether specific industry experience is necessary. We will then
select experts available on your dates who are a match for your
objectives, budget, and venue. It’s that simple! Plus, you
will have an opportunity to speak directly with the expert you
choose prior to your event.
